Process

Thank you for trusting me to guide you through a tarot reading. My goal is to provide you with clarity, insight, and empowerment as you navigate your questions and concerns. Below, I’ve outlined what you can expect from our session, your role in the process, and how I interpret the cards, so you can feel comfortable and prepared.

What to Expect from Your Reading

My approach is structured, ethical, and designed to offer meaningful reflections rather than rigid predictions. I primarily use the Celtic Cross spread (a comprehensive layout for both general and focused inquiries), but I’m happy to adjust if another spread better suits your needs.

I avoid health, legal, or financial predictions, as these areas require professional expertise. Instead, I focus on guidance, self-awareness, and actionable insights to help you make informed decisions.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Prepare Your Question(s): The more specific your focus, the clearer the reading. For example, instead of "What does my future hold?" try to ask, "What should I prioritize in my career over the next three months?" I can help you decide what will work for your needs. The best question? "What do I need to know?"—because Tarot shines when it illuminates awareness, not absolutes.

Center Yourself: Take a few deep breaths before we begin to ground your energy.

Speak Up: There’s no need to fear any card—each one offers lessons, not absolutes. If something feels unclear, overwhelming, or simply "off," let me know. You can pause, ask questions, or stop the reading at any time.

My Interpretation Process

I read the cards as a mirror of your energy and current path, not as fixed fate. My approach is layered, weaving together:
  • Traditional meanings (rooted in Tarot’s rich history)
  • Symbolism & Imagery (the intuitive language of the cards)
  • Elemental Dignities (e.g., Wands = action, Cups = emotions)
  • Numerology & Astrology (adding depth through numbers and planetary ties)
  • Reversals (which often highlight internal blocks, not doom!)
This way, the reading reflects the many influences shaping your life, offering clarity, not predestination.

Your Active Participation: I’ll ask questions to help you connect the cards to your life (e.g., "How might this obstacle be showing up for you?"). Your reflections are key—this is a collaborative process.

Empowerment Over Fatalism: If a challenging card appears (like The Tower or The Devil), I’ll frame it as an opportunity for growth, not a prophecy. Likewise, the "outcome" card is a potential result—your choices can shift the path. There are no bad cards. Death indicates a permanent change, and The Devil might just be you.

After the Reading

Reflect Before Acting: Sit with the insights for a day or two before making big decisions.
Journaling Helps: To deepen your understanding, I may suggest prompts like "Which card resonated most? Why?"

Heavy Emotions? If the reading brings up intense feelings, lean on your support system or seek professional guidance.

Final Notes

Tarot is a tool for self-discovery, not a substitute for your intuition or agency. My job is to help you see patterns and possibilities—yours is to decide what to do with them.

I’m honored to be part of your journey. If you have any concerns before or during the reading, don’t hesitate to share them. Let’s create a space that feels safe, enlightening, and uniquely yours.
